1. Who we are

Rescue First Aid Training Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") provides occupational medical examinations, first-aid and safety training, and diagnostic-centre management services from Om Dwarkanath C.H.S., R. 2. Information we collect

Website enquiries: when you use our contact form or WhatsApp button we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you provide.

Service delivery: to conduct medical examinations and training we process employee details supplied by employers or vendors — such as name, employee code, date of birth, gender, contact details, photographs, government ID references, and examination or training outcomes. Medical information is collected only to the extent required for statutory fitness certification.

Technical data: our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide our services; to conduct examinations and training and issue certificates; to send service notifications such as certificate-expiry reminders; to maintain statutory records and audit trails required of a certifying organisation; and to keep our systems secure.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Certificates and public verification

Certificates we issue carry a QR code enabling public verification. The verification page displays only the information needed to confirm authenticity — the holder’s name, photograph, employer, certificate number, validity dates and fitness/training outcome. Full medical reports are never exposed publicly.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with: the employer or vendor who commissioned the examination or training; the diagnostic centre or trainer delivering it; and authorities where disclosure is required by law. Our service providers (such as email delivery) process data solely on our instructions.

6. Security and retention

Data is stored on access-controlled servers with role-based permissions, hash-chained audit logs and encrypted transport where available. Certificates and their supporting records are retained for as long as statutory and audit obligations require; enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or — where the law permits — delete personal data we hold about you, by writing to info@rescuecare.in. Where data was supplied by your employer, we may direct the request to them as the responsible party.

8. Cookies

The public website sets no marketing cookies. The portal uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
